How do I order? Click on the "Jewelry" tab in the menu above to see our available jewelry. You can shop by collection in the drop down or by clicking on the the collection image. You can filter by color or type and sort by "Best Selling", name or new/old. When you find items you want to purchase, add it to your cart and checkout when you are ready. 

What type of payment do you accept? We currently only accept Credit Card or Google Pay.

Is Paparazzi jewelry hypoallergenic? When someone can’t wear costume jewelry, it’s usually because of the nickel in it. For some people, the nickel in the jewelry causes a slight skin irritation. Usually it's itching or reddening. Because Paparazzi's accessories do not have nickel, a lot of people that couldn’t wear costume jewelry before can wear the Paparazzi pieces. 

Paparazzi jewelry is not labeled as hypoallergenic though. Sometimes hypoallergenic jewelry has nickel in it.

Some people get green or black marks on their skin when wearing costume jewelry. That is usually because of the pH level (or acidity level) of the person’s body. That really has nothing to do with the metal itself. A person’s pH level can be affected by a number of factors.

What is the jewelry made of? Paparazzi jewelry is made of primarily iron and includes other trace minerals such as zinc, steel, aluminum, or copper.

Does Paparazzi jewelry make skin turn green or black? Some people get green or black marks on their skin when wearing costume jewelry. Where is the jewelry made? The jewelry is designed in the United States and made in China. It is produced in facilities with elite standards and regulations for quality and labor.

How do I care for my Paparazzi jewelry? Put your jewelry on after applying makeup, soap, lotion, perfume and hair spray which can potentially damage your jewelry’s finish. Protect your jewelry from abuse and scratches by removing it before you do housework, yard work working out or participating in sports. We toss and turn and sweat and get our earrings and necklaces kinked up when we sleep, so take off your jewelry before bed. 

Water is the enemy of fashion jewelry. Be sure to remove your jewelry before showering, doing dishes, swimming or washing the dog. Never wear when cleaning with chemicals.

How should I store my Paparazzi jewelry? A great trip for storage is to buy curtain rings and hang your long necklaces on a tension rod in a nice, dry place (closet). This keeps your necklaces separate and keeps them from getting kinked. Store earrings in ice cube trays, hanging storage or jewelry boxes with individual compartments to keep them from getting scratched. Store your jewelry away from steamy bathrooms or laundry rooms to ensure they stay dry. Store a piece of chalk in your jewelry box to absorb moisture.

How long till my order arrives? Orders are typically mailed out within 1-2 business days of date of payment. We mail everything via United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days depending on your location. (1-2 days if you are in Hawaii) See Shipping Policy
